A Jazz Christmas presale sign-up list at waltzproduction.com/jazz
Waltz Production collects and manages this sign-up list. A Jazz Christmas is presented by the Julian Chan Jazz Orchestra (JCJO).
Who we are
For this list, the controller of your personal data is Casper Foo, trading as Waltz Production. Contact: hello@waltzproduction.com.
What we collect
We collect your name, email, party size and show-time preferences directly from you, and your WhatsApp number if you give it. You can also choose to tell us your children's age bands. We note which link brought you to this page (for example, the screen at the concert, the poster or Instagram) and when you signed up.
Why we use it
We use your details to send you A Jazz Christmas presale access and show updates, sent by Waltz Production, and to decide how many shows to run and at what times.
What you need to give us
Name, email, party size and show time are needed for us to send you presale access; without them we cannot. Everything else is optional.
How we contact you
By email, and by WhatsApp only if you give your number.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We do not share your sign-up details with JCJO. When tickets go on sale, you buy them from the ticket seller named on the ticket page, and you give your order details to that seller when you buy.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored with our website and database provider, Cloudflare. Emails you send to hello@waltzproduction.com are forwarded by Cloudflare and held with Google, as are any working copies of the list. An email service provider sends our emails on our behalf. These providers may store or process your details outside Malaysia. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect this site; we do not store it with your sign-up. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up details until 31 Jan 2027 and then delete them.
Children
We do not collect details about your children other than how many are coming and, if you choose, their age band. You must be 18 or over to register.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your details, ask a question or make a complaint about how we handle them, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@waltzproduction.com, using the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or replying STOP to any WhatsApp from us.
If you sign up again with the same email, we keep your first sign-up. To change your details or choices, email hello@waltzproduction.com.
